Midnight Soul Train delivered an outstanding performance at our Members’ Night last September. The band was exceptionally well received by our audience, captivating the room from start to finish with a superbly curated setlist that appealed to all ages. Their musicianship was first-class, featuring excellent vocals, tight arrangements, and the rich, powerful sound you would expect from a dynamic 10-piece band. Each performance was delivered with energy, precision, and authenticity. From a technical perspective, the band demonstrated true professionalism. Achieving a well-balanced sound in a village hall setting can be challenging, yet they managed it effortlessly, ensuring clarity and cohesion throughout the evening. Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. We do have pre-audititioned 'dep' musicians available in case a band member falls ill or is unavailable. As a professional band our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of a very high level

Do you have different line-up options?

No, our line up is 3 x vocals, keys, guitar, bass, drums, sax and trumpet.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can provide an iPod during the evening for no additional cost.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a iPod playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

The band, their equipment and PA are included in the quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to discuss this and, with enough warning to rehearse it, look at including this in the set.
