Bagpiper and highland dancer and highland dance teacher. I started to learn the bagpipes in 1985 in Corby and later joined Carlsberg Pipe band, later known as Nene Valley Pipe band. I n 1995 I transferred to Peterborough Highland Pipe band and eventually became the Pipe sergeant and lead piper for for over 3 years. Over my time with the band we regular performed at competitions as well as solo competitions. I have now returned to Nene Valley Pipe band and continues to teach pipers and perform at a variety of events, with Over 20 years piping experience at all levels from weddings, birthday party's, funerals or any event as well as large engagement like Birmingham international tattoo in front of over 10,000 people. I am also a Highland dancer with numerous competition wins over 30 years. Can also supply dancers to accompany myself on the bagpipes. Recently I have performed at a Burns night which was featured live on bbc look east. Hopefully this will give you a insight into the experience I have, and you can feel rest assured that when booking me for your wedding /funeral/party/burns night/new year or any special occasion I will add that special touch.. I can also provide drummers, mini band, full band and highland dancers if required. If available I can also bring along Highland dancers (£30 each dancer) Please all photos in gallery for a variety of kilt outfit options.
