I have known and worked with Michel Padron as both a musician and as an educator for more than ten years. I have employed Michel in his role as band leader and trumpet player with the prestigious group Asere from Havana and his musicianship and professionalism have always been outstanding. His recording career speaks for itself. I have also seen Michel working as an educator with many workshops held on behalf of South West Music School. His skill and leadership qualities in this context are also first-class. I recommend Michel to you in the warmest terms possible and I am happy to provide a further detailed testimony should this be of help. Yours faithfully, Thomas Brooman CBE.

He is an experienced teacher who works equally well with children and adults of all ages. The workshops he provided for members of Bristol Reggae Orchestra were well prepared and very well received. He took time to listen to everyone to make sure the group achieved a great sound with no-one left behind. Professor Norma Daykin (former Music Director, Bristol Reggae Orchestra)
