Michael Rothman

I'm from Rio de Janeiro/Brazil and I've been living in London for the past 8 years, where I came to study to become a teacher of the Alexander Technique. I'm a professional musician, having toured with bands, accompanied artists and played in musical theatre. I've been playing drums for 22 years and transversal flute for 10 years. I've done gigs for more than 150,000 people in Brazil, played for Prince Harry, won prizes with different groups, and I continue to play, tour and teach music. I've played in several different scenarios like brass bands, dance classes, musical theatre, jazz trios, Brazilian percussion groups, parades etc. I can read music, or play by ear, whatever suits your needs.
