Guitarist
Pescara (Italy)

I started playing classical guitar at 12 with prof. Fabio di Michele, wherewith I won the IX Mastroberardino musical contest (2005, Italy). Later I started studying electric guitar with Paolo Giordano and Giuseppe Continenza. With this one I got a Pop Guitar Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Degree in March 2015, at "L. D’Annunzio" Conservatory (Pescara - Italy). Now I’m in the first year of the Pop Music Writing & Production Master of Arts (MA) in the same Conservatory. Our Conservatory was the first in Italy to start teaching Pop/Jazz Music, and now is one of the most important for quality of the subjects and number of students. My key subjects are: Composition, Film Scoring, Music for Ensembles, Jazz Harmony and Computer Music. My main-course teacher, Angelo Valori, is an established composer, orchestral conductor and arranger in Italy. I've took part at Ist International Conservatories Festival (Frosinone - Italy) in 2013 and at "Nicola Paoli Contest" for arranger (2016). In October 2017 I won the IV edition of this one, wit an orchestral arrangement of Nothing Else Matters (Metallica). Finally, I have attended some master classes with Bill Boris and Gary Yerkins (Chicago Columbia College), Giulio "Mogol" Rapetti (Lucio Battisti' lyricist) and I have already had experience of playing my instrument in concerts, contests and experience of living in foreign countries (Spain, London, Brussels and Prague). My influences in composition are various : '70 progressive rock (Genesis, Yes, Pink Floyd...), electronic music (Squarepusher, Board of Canada, Flying Lotus...), Pop-rock bands (Dire Straits, Damien Rice, Esperanza Spalding...) and Fusion bands (Tribal Tech, Chick Corea, Steely Dan...)
