From atmospheric laid back jazz ballads to upbeat swinging vocals Matt can provide the right ambiance for any stage of the event. Matt the Sax is suitable for any size of venue from the intimate restaurant to the large function room, state of the art PA equipment is employed accordingly. Matt is passionate about entertaining people whether it be providing background music for a meal or drinks reception or making guests happy with his versions of their favourite classics. In addition to Matt’s saxophone and vocals a disco is also available for those wanting to party into the early. Entertainment packages can be tailor-maid to suit your unique event.

Matt Palmer is not only a brilliant reedsman, vocalist and raconteur he is also a real good guy who goes the extra mile. I have booked Matt and his Eagle Jazz band for my cricket club on several occasions. A packed clubhouse, a wonderfully happy evening and a great fundraiser. I also booked him as a solo musician to provide the entertainment at a special birthday celebration. Couldn't have chosen better. All age groups thoroughly entertained. You won't be disappointed. What if my timings change after I've booked you?

No problem at all, If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and I actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, I provide this for an additional £150

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes, just let me know of any requests you have and I’ll do my best to accommodate them.
