Martecky are an exciting, female-fronted guitar and vocal duo. We play unique acoustic and stripped-back electric covers of a range of well-known songs from Green Day to Michael Jackson, Linkin Park to The Beatles and so much more in between! We can offer an upbeat set, a chilled set, or a mix. Ideal for weddings and private parties as entry entertainment (canapes, drinks reception) but equally at home as the main evening entertainment. Martyn is a highly experienced guitarist, playing in bands for almost 30 years. Trained by top level session musicians playing with Chuck Berry and The Commitments among others. Martyn's passion is for Blues and Soul and his experience playing with an array of quality musicians enables him to perfectly accompany and accentuate Becky's vocal performance. Becky is a fantastically versatile vocalist with an extremely impressive range, able to expertly cover all genres. The power and emotion in Becky's vocal never fails to impress and is able to do more than justice to sings made famous by the likes of Witney Houston, Lady Gaga and Kate Bush - in the original keys. Our love of music and live performance shines through every time we hit the stage and each time, we provide a high quality performance for excellent value.
