I am the choice for people looking for dynamic and engaging guitar based entertainment. I have a varied set list of very popular tunes and I take requests and try to engage the crowd with humour and energy making it a great experience for all. I love my job! I perform at around 100 weddings a year plus events such as private parties bars and clubs. I have excellent quality equipment and 30 years of experience. I always bring the energy and the good vibes to any event.

Mark played the guitar and piano at our wedding recently. From meeting him at a wedding fair to him playing on our day, he’s been professional, fun and always read the room to know what to play. Everyone loved him and we had so many comments about how great he was! The vibes he brought were amazing. He even went above and beyond by helping the groom get ready (he was running late!). We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mark and hope our paths cross again at another event in the future. Thank you!

Mark played the guitar for my birthday party in December. He has a fantastic, large and diverse repertoire but was able to take request from my guests on the day. He brought fantastic vibes to my party and everybody commented how much fun they had. He has so much energy, it just got everybody on their feet dancing and singing. Highly recommended.!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

My energy - I love what I do and that come across in my performance. I enjoy it - so everyone else enjoys it too. Infectious energy i'm told lol

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I do hundreds of events a year as both a guitarist and pianist from Festivals (even the nudest ones lol) - GMEX opening for Rick Astley. 100 weddings a year all over the north of the uk - even as far as Anglesey. I have played all around Norway and Holland - Been a rock guitarist in Japan and toured with West end theatre!

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I love guitarists - Eddie van Halen - Richie Kotzen - Mr Big etc. I also love Stevie Wonder and British pop like Spandau Ballet - anyone who sings really well. I love Tears for Fears and Madness. More Modern I would say James Morrison

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Probably opening for Rick Astley

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

Within reason I can be flexible. Just contact me and we will see what's what

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes - all though my high quality sound system

How much time do you need to set up?

15 mins

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

yes - But part of my skill is reading the room and choosing the right songs to get it going - its usually best if you tell me what songs you like but don't necessarily pick a set list

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes all very high quality - great sound!

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes although it really depends on what it is. Contact me to tell me the song - I can have a listen and let you know
