Mario Ahijado Trio

The last proyect of Mario Ahijado Trio is connecting both Classical and Jazz worlds on stage. Its target is to become the audience more interested in these styles with the support of the shared musical language. Las noches de Chopin is formed of 8 original arrangements on Chopin's Nocturnes for jazz trio. It goes through the most noted jazz styles and fusions such as swing, blues, samba, latin jazz or flamenco. The performers of this ensemble are Isaac del Pozo (electric Bass), Rodrigo Ballesteros (drums) and Mario Ahijado (piano and arrangements)
