DJ BIO DJ, PRODUCER & EXPERIMENTAL SOUND ARTIST. DJ SheGotSoul aka Marie-Solange is originally from Cameroon & raised in South London. SheGotSoul harbours 9 years of DJ experience, having played for Africa Centre, Hackney Youth Festival, BBC Africa Comic Relief, Rich Mix, British Museum, Lewisham People’s Day, Gal-Dem & Let’s Have a Kiki. SheGotSoul produces experimental music from a combination of eclectic sounds with everyday objects, whilst injecting her musical influences in her songs. Her DJ sets always deliver, providing the currency of music, playing multi-genres for the soul, ensuring the crowd sweats their pain, love & joy on the dance floor, as she believes the performance is a conversation between herself and the crowd, making it an act of self-care for both parties.
