I asked Marianne to guide me on what was best for a 60th birthday party for about 80 people in the garden. She instantly grasped what I was after, arrived at the party with a guitarist and an amp, and they wowed everyone with their selection of music. As musicians, and people to have around, they were perfect in every way. I would happily recommend Marianne, and hope to ask her along to other parties in the future. Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

If your timings change after the booking has been made we will do our best to be flexible to your requests. If it is possible for us to adjust the time for you we will be happy to oblige.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes I am able to play music through my PA before and between sets - this could be a playlist you make in advance, a selection chosen by myself or you could plug your own phone in if it has a normal headphone jack.

How much time do you need to set up?

Set up times can vary on the event type and whether I am playing solo (myself and piano) or with an accompanist or band etc. We will always arrive in plenty of time and liase with you (the client) or the venue manager to arrange a smooth and care-free set up.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

Yes if you wanted to hear any songs in particular from my list I would be happy to include them.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes in most cases we bring all our own equipment.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

I am always happy to learn a specific song for your event, this is something we would discuss and may have an extra (small) fee for the time spent learning and rehearsing.
