Hi!
My name’s Madeleine and I’m 19. I am originally from Hertfordshire but have recently moved up to Leeds since beginning my Classical training at the Leeds College of Music. I have always loved singing and performing and decided to peruse my love for it all even further, I wish for it to be my full time job in the future!
I have experience in performing for various events and love to make any occasion special. Although I am a predominantly Classical singer, I can also sing various other genres of music such as Pop, Jazz and Folk.
For events, I have two main sources of accompaniment. My main one is the use of backing tracks. If you contact me enough in advance, I can easily gather the best tracks out there to work beautifully alongside my voice, making any occasion memorable. The alternative to this is bringing my friend and accompanist along with me to events to play all the music live however, this may cost more.
Please take a listen to my recordings (I hope to have some more professionals ones on the way) and feel free to contact me with any questions.

A bit about me…
Performing solos of Laudamaus Te and Domine Deus in Vivaldi’s Gloria was the start of my passion for classical singing and ignited my desire to pursue vocal studies further. At a Catholic school, I have served as a cantor at over 25 masses and as a cantor at Westminster Cathedral. In July I went with 50 students on a music tour of Austria, collectively performing in some beautiful venues. Having performed some his works, visiting Mozart’s house was very special to me.
I was invited to work with a prestigious chorale which offered me the opportunity to sing solos in a Vivaldi Baroque Concert. Later having joined the choir, I went on to sing Mozart’s Coronation Mass, I performed in The Misa Criolla and soloed in Monteverdi’s Beatus Vir. I was also a member of the Youth choir Cantate which is great fun due to the vast variety of music we cover; anywhere from French opera to traditional African song. I won a county singing competition in the Spring and this win then led to me being asked to sing at the final song at the closing night of a Festival held by Hertfordshire County Council.
For a while I enjoyed working in a musical theatre agency, gaining an insight into the goings on in the industry. I have had many opportunities to broadened my musicality and I have enjoyed every single one, from unaccompanied folk solos, to harmonious duets and the discipline of choral singing. I’m a hardworking and friendly musician with a passion for performance and to make any and every occasion special.
