Customer questions
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
I will always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your events runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run-up to your events, just let me know.
How much time do you need to set up?
I usually arrive 30-40 mins prior to the performance to allow time to set up.
Is the transport of your harp included in your quote?
Yes! Transport and travel costs are all included in the quotes.
Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?
I'm more than happy to play outside - weather prevailing! I would require a flat and stable surface to play on and cover for if it rains as my instrument is valuable and could be damaged.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
My set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what sounds best on the harp. However, I'm definitely happy to chat through music ideas with you and together we can make sure we find what works for your event.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
If there is a special song that you'd like me to learn I'd be very happy to accommodate your ideas and see whether it works well on the harp. If you have more than 3 songs that you'd like me to learn then a fee of £30 will apply to take into account rehearsal times etc.
