Maddie Wright

Maddie is a talented singer / songwriter, who is no stranger to the stage. Having recently graduated from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts with a first class honours degree, Maddie has performed at countless venues around the country and on cruises across the world, both as a solo act and also accompanying various other artists. She first picked a guitar up at the age of 8, and throughout her teens wrote and recorded numerous original and cover versions of her favourite songs. This progressed to open mic gigs at local venues where she became a favourite with a loyal following. Even at this young age she had enthusiasm with an easy-going personality that made her performances that bit more professional than her contemporaries. She adores nothing more than performing the collection of songs that have shaped her as a musician. Her unique pop / soul vocal creates a fresh approach to modern day classics. With a repertoire that is wide ranging, delivering acoustic interpretations of classic pop, rock, country and jazz tunes, (with the odd original slipped in for good measure), which provides a relaxed and enjoyable ambience to any venue.
