Louise’s repertoire covers the classic songs from the 40s, 50s and 60s, but she can perform music from many other genres. As a singer Louise is really unique in that she can get to the very essence of a song and convey this to her audience. She seems to be able to apply this to any song whether it’s a jazz standard, a pop song or a rock ballad. A recent colaboration with jazz pianist Eugene Portman has resulted in one of the most sought after live music acts in the South East. Louise can offer anything from a duo with just piano and vocals right through to a five piece jazz band which would include piano, bass, drums, sax and vocals. The most popular line-up is a trio consisting of piano, bass and vocals, but you can have any line-up you like. We can provide a band which will match your budget and available space at the venue.
