Loretta was the lead singer for Bomb the Bass in the 90s and has since worked with Various Dance Producers on various recordings , and has spent the last few years in Noting Hill, playing loved covers and classic songs ,for music Promoter Vince Power at his various Venues and private parties , Lorettas band "Five Shades" are made up with musicians that have and are playing with numerous recording artists and toured extensively .To perform cover songs , off sets the "demands of the music Industry" being able to enjoy a more relaxed way to play music to the public ,when schedules allow . They have carved a niche by interpreting classics from a vast catalogue of blues & soul, reggae and ska, Motown, disco and urban pop. The songs are cleverly mixed with dance grooves, samples and beats, to create hypnotic and uplifting shows with their own unique style and sound. Line-ups are put together to suit each individual event, ranging from an acoustic duo – showcasing the intimate, jazz-folk element of her voice, through to a full 5 to 7 piece electric band, suitable for hotels, members’ clubs, pubs and all types of functions.
