Customer questions
Do you have different line-up options?
Our line-up is usually female vocals with accordion or piano accompaniment. We do have the option of adding another male singer/guitarist.
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Absolutely we can provide an iPod service before and between our sets. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free.
If you'd like a DJ service through our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional fee - please contact us for a quote.
How much time do you need to set up?
We usually set up about 60 minutes before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!
Can you roam around while you perform?
Yes - we can perform acoustically around your event.
Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?
Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.
Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?
All our quotes include a professional, full range PA system and lighting. All items are PAT tested at 12 month intervals. We provide an electronic copy of safety/insurance documents for your venue at the time of booking.
Can you learn song requests before the event?
Unfortunately we don't perform Pop/Rock covers but will certainly consider learning one or two of your favourite folk songs/tunes by special request.
What do your clients love most about your performances?
High energy performance.
Professional conduct and appearance.
Lighting included with every event.
