LimeTree Band we found absolutely amazing from the beginning. We found Limetree on a wedding band page, they had all good reviews. From there we went onto their Facebook page, all their details were up on the page alongside videos and pictures of past gigs. We gave Eoin a call, he was so easy to deal with, he answered every question we asked him and got back to us literally the next day with some of the finer details we requested. Their price was excellent and they all had great ratings as musicians. Obviously we went to check them out at a gig they played in Newcastlewest Co. Limerick first, they rocked the place and their setlist included everything. We met them face to face after the gig and we all introduced ourselves, the lads were very polite, very funny and yet really professional. I remember throwing all my worries and questions at them as it was going to be the biggest day of our lives, the lads put my mind to rest after 2 mins, and thinking back now, everything they said was spot on, their experience shined through for sure! We went ahead and booked the lads anyways. They played our "first dance" song on a cd, as soon as the music stopped, Limetree kicked in and kept everyone on the dance floor for the entire night. They played all rock/pop/country/modern songs, waltz and jive for the serious dancers and they took some requests too. Their interraction with the crowd was mighty and full of life and the thing that usually annoys my new husband Joe is bands that play too loudly, these guys didn't, they sounded just perfect. Basically lads, overall, i cant recommend ye highly enough, ye are an amazing bunch of lads, ye clearly love what ye do, and ye do it so so well. Your energy, playing and sound were on the money and ye looked great on the stage, thanks a million from myself (Meabh Kennedy) and the new hubby Joe Kennedy. Our day and night was just so special in The Lakeside Hotel Killaloe and that was partially to do with you guys, Thanks an absolute million guys and we will get into a LimeTree Gig in Limerick after our honeymoon is over. We are extremely gracious for the expertise, the professionalism, the calm attitudes and the fantastic music ye gifted to us on our special day. Forever Grateful.
