Lilia Chepikova

Lilia was born in Voronezh (Russia) in 1985. She started playing violin since 5 years old. In 1999 she entered Moscow Central Music School. In 2003 Lilia continued her education in Moscow State Conservatory. Since 2008 Lilia has moved to Finland (Tampere). In 2009 she entered the Haute Ecole de Musique de Genève in the class of professor Sergey Ostrovsky. Since 2010 she is an artist of the “Sinfonietta de Lausanne” orchestra. Since 2011 Lilia is studying at HEMU Lausanne with prof. Gyula Stuller. Since 2013 she continued her studies with a celebrity of a violin playing - professor Pierre Amoyal. For the 2014/2015 year Lilia studied at the Hochshule der Künste Bern with Madame Barbara Doll. For the violin replacement Lilia has been invited by such orchestras as “Orchestre de la Suisse Romande”, “Orchestre de Chambre de Lausanne”, “Orchestre de Chambre de Ganève”, “Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana’’, ‘’Orchestre de Chambre du Valais’’, "Orchestre de Chambre Fribourgeois", "Tampere Philharmonic Orchestra" (Finland), "Orquesta de Valencia" (Spain). From february 2015 to juin 2016 Lilia has been working at the Argovia Philharmonic orchestra.
