Hello, I'm Laurie, and I love music. I also love people and making memories. I understand that whatever the event you have planned, it is about making it as special a memory as possible for everyone in attendance. My style is not quite the average. I will not turn up to your event with disco lights and the same list of songs you have heard every other singer perform. But I will come prepared. I will speak to you and engage with you about what you are imagining, and turn it into the event you are working so hard to create. This gives me joy, and is the reason I do what I do and keep coming back for more. The music I play is inspired by Americana, Rock, Country, folk and Bluegrass/R&B. I play songs of all genres including pop, however the style and sound is authentic to me. This is apparent in my performances. Such care goes into you the organiser when planning the event. My authenticity in the style of my playing is key to my values, as if you wanted Karaoke, you would do it yourself! I've been playing gigs for 16 years. Playing music to audiences of all kinds is a huge joy in my life and seeing happy customers and guests is what keeps a smile on my face until I arrive at the next venue.
