Late Night Arrangement are a fab band! I have found them to be very professional and they offer a variety of great options to personalise your party entertainment. I particularly enjoyed their Jazz set, completely different to their evening set that has everyone up on the dance floor. They are a really friendly, fun band with a quirky sense of humour, as well as GREAT musicians. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be booking them for my next event.

Late night arrangement are such a talented group of young musicians. They played at a family wedding and their twist on pop songs are out of this world! Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We always try to keep our main line up for every show. Unfortunately, sometimes members may be unwell and unable to perform. In these cases, we have incredible musicians on stand by ready to step in at a moments notice. They are so good you won't even notice!

Do you have different line-up options?

Our main line-up is Female Vocal, Male Vocal, Guitar, Bass, Keys and drums. We can also perform as a trio Male Vocal, Keys, Bass, Drums.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We try to be as flexible as possible. If times do change please contact us as early as possible so we can make arrangements to accommodate.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

We can provide an Ipod playlist for between sets for free! We also offer to leave our gear set up until the event finishes for an extra £200. We are currently working on adding a DJ service... hold tight :)

How much time do you need to set up?

We aim for 2 hours to set up and sound check. We want to make sure we sound our absolute best in the venue.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

We have designed our set from many performances aiming to get the best balance of dancing, singing along and excitment. However, we are happy to discuss the set to make sure we get the right vibe for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

All our equipment for our performance is included in the quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

We are able to learn song requests as long as we have enough time to schedule in practice sessions before the event. We allow one song request learnt to the record for free. If you would like us to rearrange the song we charge £50 and for any more songs, we will charge a further £50.
