The way I like to work is by section, as opposed to by the hour which means there is more flexibility if things run over slightly and you don't have to worry about additional fees or the music ending abruptly. The sections are split as follows: the ceremony, drinks reception, and the wedding breakfast. I have a base fee of £400 (excluding travel) which includes music for one of the above sections. I charge an additional fee of £100 per added section, should you want music throughout the day. What does each section include? Wedding Ceremony: 1 hour of music split throughout the service as follows: • Half an hour of background music as your guests take their seats • The wedding processional (1 song) • The signing of the registry (2 songs) • The wedding recessional (1 song) • Customised song list and four additional song requests for the ceremony Drink Reception: Up to 1 & 1/2 hours of wedding appropriate music from my song list, split into two sets Wedding Meal: Up to 1 & 1/2 hours of wedding appropriate music from my song list, split throughout the meal however required If you have something more specific in mind and would like a tailored package then this is something we can absolutely discuss!
