Setlists can include songs from Blur to Kylie Minogue via Chumbawamba and The Eurythmics. Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

We'll do our best to secure the singers in our showreel. We do have pre-audititioned 'dep' musicians available in case a band member falls ill or is unavailable. As a professional band our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of a very high level.

Do you have different line-up options?

We can add a non-playing singer for extra presentational impact.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. We actually offer this service for free.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from learning what works best to ensure guests have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA and lighting system is included in your quote.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Because of the detailed and unique arrangements the band performs, we can't really take on requests, apart from jazz standards, which we're happy to perform. Just let us know in plenty of time and we'll do what we can.

I LOVED the Kind of Blur Christmas gig. All the arrangements were so clever, reinventing familiar songs in a whole new way... it was delightful. Each of the instrumentalists were excellent, and I really loved the singer/piano player, whose interpretations of the arrangements fitted the vibe perfectly. It was laid back, fun, entertaining, quality music-making. Well done Kind of Blur!

This event was amazing! There was a brilliant atmosphere from the outset thanks to the band organisation and setting. It was an immersive experience and brought a lot of energy around the room. Great value for money and I definitely would recommend!
