Keys & Co are Martin and Kim, a husband-and-wife instrumental duo based in Great Witley, Worcestershire. We perform elegant, expressive live music for weddings, private parties, corporate events and special occasions, combining live keyboards, clarinet and Wind Synth to create a polished, full and memorable sound.
Based in the heart of Worcestershire, we perform throughout the surrounding area, including Abberley, Stourport-on-Severn, Tenbury Wells, Kidderminster, Bewdley and Worcester, as well as across the wider West Midlands. Music has always been at the heart of what we do. For us, performing is not just about playing the right notes; it is about creating atmosphere, reading the room and helping people feel something special. Whether we are playing for a wedding ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, private celebration or corporate event, our aim is always to enhance the occasion without overpowering it.
Kim is a highly trained musician with a background in clarinet and piano, having studied at the Royal Academy of Music. Her clarinet playing brings warmth, elegance and expression to the duo. She also performs using a Wind Synth, allowing us to add a much wider sound palette including saxophone-style tones, flute, trumpet, violin-style lead sounds, strings and other expressive instrumental colours. This gives Keys & Co a fuller and more varied sound than many people would expect from a duo, while keeping our setup stylish and compact.
Martin has many years of experience as a keyboard player, live performer and musical collaborator, and has had the pleasure of collaborating with many well-known musicians over the years. His keyboard playing and arrangements provide the musical foundation for Kim’s expressive lead playing, helping to give each piece the right feel, from romantic and understated to sophisticated, jazzy or upbeat.
Our repertoire covers a broad mix of styles including jazz, Latin, classical, cinematic music, pop favourites and timeless standards. This allows us to tailor our performance to each event, from refined ceremony music and elegant background music to stylish jazz, Latin rhythms and familiar songs guests will recognise and enjoy. We are also happy to discuss special requests for key moments, particularly for weddings.
As Worcestershire-based wedding and event musicians, we are ideally located for venues throughout Great Witley and the surrounding towns and villages, as well as events further afield. Our compact setup makes Keys & Co particularly suitable for hotels, country houses, wedding venues, restaurants and other settings where high-quality live music is wanted without the space requirements of a larger band.
