Born into a musical family from four generations, my father was a brilliant piano player. I was brought up on piano so have a good grounding in harmonic knowledge. Oboe age 11, taught myself guitar at 14. Joined band of HM Irish Guards at 16 Bass at 17 quickly found myself doing sessions and stand ins … backing the likes of Vera Lynn, Bonnie Tyler. Lived in Italy, Sweden, France and Senegal W.Africa. Many recording sessions on bass or piano/ keyboards and toured with the acts. Always had good experiences and always seemed to have left a good and positive impression.
