Keith Wellings

Keith is an accomplished Highland piper who has been featured in the highly prestigious “Piping Times” magazine 7 times (including 3 front covers). Keith is a former British diplomat who has performed at countless Embassy functions internationally. He plays at festivals, theatres, balls, weddings, funerals, corporate events, dinners, Burns Suppers and St Andrews Nights. He has piped at stately homes, museums, cathedrals, churches, castles at living history days and in movies. He was awarded a Certificate of Grateful Recognition for piping at the Platinum Jubilee of Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. He is a Finalist in this year's Scottish Wedding Awards, "Piper of the Year" category. Keith has also piped an international football team on their way to a World Cup and been chosen as the Official piper for the Flying Scotsman at Severn Valley Railway. He appears in the feature film, "The Reverend and Mrs Simpson". His appearance in the Sidemen video "Throw a Dart and Go Where It Lands" has reached over 14 million views. Keith tours Scotland regularly and can frequently be seen piping at prestigious National Trust for Scotland and Historic Scotland sites as well as at English Heritage and CADW venues.
