Singing has been a huge part of my life since I became a chorister at 13. This experience fostered my love of classical music, and inspired me to join a Chamber Choir whilst I was a student at the University of Cambridge. During my degree, I was also a member of the elite Cambridge University Chamber Choir. Recently, I have performed on multiple BBC broadcasts and recordings, and extensive solos on several professional CD recordings alongside international tours to destinations such as Sweden, Switzerland and Italy. I have performed prize-winning recitals during my time at the University of Cambridge, and regularly performed in large-scale concerts, weddings and funerals. I have a keen interest in languages, having read Linguistics, and so deeply enjoy combining my passions for music and languages, and therefore deeply enjoy singing in multiple languages, particularly 19th/20th century French mélodie. I am a versatile singer, and use my classical training to underpin my interpretation of multiple genres/styles of music- I enjoy singing everything from classical music/opera/oratorio arias to Disney to pop.
