Sought after as a chamber musicians and accompanist Katharina combines work as an orchestral pianist, chamber musician and teacher. While at the Royal Academy in London Katharina was part of the prestigious Song Circle, the Open Academy and collaborated with the Junior Academy. She graduated with a Master in Music in 2013 and was subsequently selected as a young artist to join the Gewandhaus Orchestra in Leipzig, where she not only collaborated as an orchestral pianist with conductors such as Andris Nelsons, Riccardo Chailly and Christoph Eschenbach amongst others, but also performed as a soloist and chamber musician with acclaimed musicians. Her repertoire ranges from baroque music, to musical, opera and contemporary repertoire.
