KICK are a highly sought after, stunning three-piece band, consisting of highly professional and experienced musicians. They comprise of Bass/Lead Vocals, Guitar/Lead Vocals and drums. A third singer can be added on request to the show in the form of Kelly Rox (Kelly is also available as an acoustic act for afternoon shows too), adding a female touch to many renditions. Hailing from County Durham, these boys give you an astounding live music experience suitable for all tastes with their exciting, extensive repertoire - leaving you in awe from the very ﬁrst chord! Their slick, well rehearsed show is breathtaking, and the ability of lead singer Chris will put a rocky twist on all of your favourite songs will leave you shouting for more! KICK supply your entire evening's entertainment, as not only are they your amazing party band for the night, but they also provide you with a DJ package, playing music to keeping your dance ﬂoor full for the duration of their stay. They arrive as a self-contained unit, supplying top quality instruments, PA and lighting rig with full Public Liability Insurance, enabling them to work within the parameters of sound limiters whilst still being able to create an atmospheric and electric performance! Show is available as 2 x 50 min performances or 1 x 90 min set. Chris and the band were a fantastic center-stage of our 50th birthday bash at The Grand, Tynemouth. Great variety of songs across the genres that drew everyone to the dance floor - musicality first class, vocals great and energy lifted the whole party. Also great communication and no nonsense professionalism throughout. Have booked Chris and team for the 75th!! And hopefully numerous other gigs before. Thanks guys!

I booked KICK for an awards dinner and the client was very pleased with the band. The guests enjoyed dancing to their songs and the band even did requests too which was well received. Chris was great to communicate with and was accommodating.

The band KICK who we booked for our party on 26 November 2022 were absolutely brilliant and went down a storm with all of us and our guests. They really went above and beyond in fairly cool conditions in our marquee (that had no heating) and they were game for a laugh wearing some hats and scarfs that we dressed them up in! I will send some pictures and videos as well but just wanted to let you know how good these lads were – THANKYOU very much Very Best regards Mark and Jayne

Customer questions

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Yes. We strive to make sure the line-up you see is what you get on the night. We do have pre-auditioned 'dep' musicians available in case a band member falls ill or is unavailable. As a professional band, our reputation means everything so you can be confident that all of our players are of a very high level.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, we can expand our regular 3-piece lineup and add a female singing guitarist. This enables us to perform songs that we wouldn't normally do.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

That's no problem. We always try our best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run-up to the event just let us know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Absolutely. This is a really popular request and we actually offer this service for free. If you'd like a DJ service via our PA after the final set until the venue closes, we provide this for an additional £150.

How much time do you need to set up?

We usually set up about 1 to 1.5 hours before the performance time. As soon as our PA is set up we can provide a free playlist service to help set the atmosphere and get your guests ready for our live performance!

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Our set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests dance and have an amazing time. However, we're definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Our PA and lighting system are included in your quote. We usually require a minimum of 5 metres by 3 metres space to perform. As a 3-piece, we can accommodate very small venues easily too. Volume levels are always kept at acceptable levels to ensure venue compliance and customer satisfaction.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

If a song isn't included in our song list there may still be a chance we already know it. If there is a special song you'd like us to learn we are happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £50 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
