In advance of our event Justin was very helpful, communicative and accommodating. He learnt new pieces so that he could accompany my wife’s singing, sent over recordings of him playing those pieces to assist her rehearsal and even turned up early so that they could run through the songs in advance of the recital itself. Most of his recital featured him alone and he was spell binding. At least two of his audience were reduced to tears by his music. All in all a splendid occasion and a superb musician.

Justin was the perfect addition to our registry office wedding ceremony. He was professional and reliable, very easy to work with. I hired Justin at short notice to play at a private dinner at Hoar Cross Hall. He was on time and enthusiastic about playing for us. It really made the meal very special and the ambience of the evening. Everyone was commenting how much they enjoyed hearing Justin play in the background and it really did make the evening. What do your clients love most about your performances?

They enjoy my playing and helps to create a lovely, warm atmosphere for a ceremony or drinks reception.

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

I have performed at many great venues in UK and Europe. These include Grand Theatre Wolverhampton, Mick Jagger centre, ICC Birmingham, Birmingham Botanical Gardens, Z7 Prattein Switzerland, De Boerderij Netherlands.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I love Julian Bream and John Willams and David Russell as classical guitarists but also love to play Rock, Blues, Jazz and Funk guitar too!

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

Probably Z7 in Switzerland in a Genesis tribute band and a function at the ICC in Birmingham in front of approx 4000 people.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I will always try my best to be flexible to help ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. If timings change slightly in the run up to the event just let me know.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

I can do if needed.

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually arrive in plenty of time before the performance to allow a smooth set up. I do not have lots of equipment so 30-45mins is usually plenty of time to do this.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

My set lists are crafted from countless performances and learning what works best to ensure guests are entertained and have an amazing time. However, I am definitely happy to chat through and make sure we find what works for your event and perform any specified pieces for walking down the aisle, signing of the register etc

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, absolutely! I bring my own guitar, have amplification if a little more volume is needed. Equipment is PAT tested.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

If a piece isn't included in the report pore list there may still be a chance I already know it. If there is a special song you'd like me to learn then I am happy to do this for you. There is a fee of £30 for this service to take into account rehearsal times etc.
