Customer questions
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
I always try to be as flexible as possible, depending on my other commitments. It is helpful if any changes can be notified as soon as you become aware of needing to move the times and I will endeavour to accommodate them.
How much time do you need to set up?
30 minutes would be the minimum time required.
Is the transport of your harp included in your quote?
Yes, this is all included in the quote.
Do you need any equipment provided to play outdoors?
Please inform me beforehand if you would like me to play outside. Obviously it is not always practical because of the weather and I would not be able to take the harp outside if it was raining or very likely to.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
Yes and I would be pleased to play a selection of your choices.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
This is a possibility and it is always worth enquiring in case it is a piece that I already know. If you would like an arrangement especially created for your event, then we would need to discuss an extra fee to cover the extra time required to prepare it.
