Customer questions
What if my timings change after I've booked you?
Whenever I'm hired for a job, whether it's a recording session, event, concert, etc.. I always keep the entire day open for it. This way, if there are any changes to the schedule, I'm happy to adapt and can be very flexible.
Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?
Absolutely. If you simply need a pre-made playlist, that's no problem at all. However, if you require me to mix songs live during the event, I would need to charge an additional fee on top of my drumming services.
How much time do you need to set up?
I would require at least one hour to ensure that everything is fully set up and ready to go. This includes the audio engineers setting up the microphones and conducting a sound check on the monitors and P.A. system.
Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?
Absolutely, I can certainly learn specific songs for your event. However, I would need to have the songs provided to me beforehand. If there are any rehearsals scheduled, that would be even better. But if not, I can still learn the songs with no problem, as long as I have one or two days to practice the entire set list.
Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?
Most venues have their own drum kits, but I can provide the snare drum and cymbals. If no instruments are available, I'll bring my whole setup and charge extra for transportation.
Can you learn specific pieces before the event?
Absolutely! If you let me know which songs need to be added at least two days in advance, I'm more than happy to learn them and add them to the list for your event.
