Jordan Rimes has been playing as a solo artist since he was 14 years old and has always had the bug for music! He has had success with original songs that he has written and offers wonderful versions of covers for weddings sets. Jordan's voice is likened to Ed Sheeran, James Bay and James Morrison and his ability to set the mood in a room is awe inspiring - he really can create a calm & romantic vibe during the actual ceremony or drinks reception. He has been playing weddings for a number of years and is highly experienced in this setting. Jordan is also happy to learn a new cover song for you, in the case you would like your 'first dance' performed live and he can also offer an extremely rare add on of writing a song for you! This is a fantastic opportunity for either the groom or bride to surprise their partners during the speeches or during the reception with a words written by each other, performed by Jordan. Jordan will arrive with a compact PA system, so he can squeeze into available spaces, can provide playlist music through the PA during breaks in live sets and can provide use of the PA system for speeches. Jordan absolutely made our wedding day! We couldn’t have asked for me. He is super talented with the most amazing song knowledge, fabulous guitar skills and the best voice. All of our guests of all ages loved him and couldn’t stop raving about how fab he was. He had made a playlist from all of our song choices and fulfilled some random guest requests too - even expertly working out on the spot how to play some. We would highly HIGHLY recommend booking Jordan for your event.

What do your clients love most about your performances?

I usually get lots of lovely comments about my voice - apparently it works well with the wedding vibes :)

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

So many different venues, however playing a wedding breakfast up in the Spinnaker Tower was special.

Ed Sheehan, James Bay, Mumford and Sons, David Gray, Damien Rice, Lewis Capaldi, Ellie Goulding etc

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I've played at Tangle Roots festival a few times with my original music, which to me is very special and fairly high profile in my little world :)
