I am flexible over small time changes, and will do my best to accommodate.

Q: Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes - if music is needed in the breaks I can bring a mp3 or CD player to run in the background during breaks.

Q: How much time do you need to set up?

On average, set up time is about 25-30 minutes. If the unloading distance is short then the time will be a little quicker.

Q: If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Yes - it is a always good to play on a venue's piano - as long as it is in tune and in working order.

Q: Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

I judge the mood and acoustics to match my playlist and ensure it works best for your guests. But you are welcome to make requests from my set list and I can include those in my set.

Q: Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes - I provide a top quality digital piano and speakers.

Q: Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, I can learn up to 4 requested songs given some notice; there may be a fee for this so please enquire. Also, I am always learning new material so it is possible I already know your request.

Experienced at playing for wedding ceremonies & receptions, he is also comfortable playing for private house parties, and has played in situations as diverse as Thames river boats (The Silver Barracuda), trade conferences, sports clubs and corporate networking events. With a range of genres from classical to jazz, pop to blues, ragtime to rock, Jonathan can adapt to the needs of the event - from gentle background music for dinner to a lively upbeat for celebratory receptions. For a wedding ceremony he will prepare the requested songs if not already in his repertoire. He studied music at Goldsmiths, University of London and specialised in jazz performance and composition for his BMus degree. Jonathan is happy to discuss playing piano for your event.

Jon & Lucia played at our wedding in Shepperton in September and they were absolutely wonderful! We asked them to play a few specific songs (one which required extra time to learn) and it was brilliant. They both went above and beyond our expectations and communication before was easy. Everyone absolutely loved their music and it made our day extra special having them there! Their fee is very reasonable for the amount of hard work and hours they put in. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your special day. THANK YOU!!
