Jon played at our wedding on the 9th August 2024. He was extremely professional from start to finish. He rang me prior to the wedding to discuss what I was thinking and to ensure he knew exactly what we wanted before, during and after the ceremony. His knowledge of weddings and advice were really helpful, he gave me lots of tips about walking down the aisle and taking my time which really helped! Jon was amazing at reassuring me he would know where to set up on the day and that he would liaise with the venue if he needed anything so that I didn’t need to think about it. With regards to the music, he was absolutely fantastic. The music he played was beautiful and just added so much to our ceremony and drinks reception. We had so many compliments on the music and we couldn’t have asked for more. This for us was a little extravagance that I decided I wanted and I am so happy I did. I am already looking back at the day and can just hear the piano and the singing and it brings a tear to my eye! Thank you so much Jon, you made our wedding extra special.

Jon was fantastic, we got so many compliments on him. He was really amenable to the weather and brought his keyboard so he could set up outside depending where the guests were. Couldn’t recommend more!

Jon played at our wedding and was fantastic from start to finish. He has a huge repertoire and when we gave a list of a few of our favourite songs (and songs we really didn’t want to hear) he built a fab playlist around our choices! The song we chose for our first dance was not on his repertoire but he learnt it and it was a wonderful performance on the night. Our venue was small, so didn’t want a huge band but we did want atmosphere and Jon delivered that in heaps. Everyone was up and dancing, and the music wasn’t so loud that any conversation was impossible! We were so happy we chose Jon for our wedding reception, he is super talented and made our night so special!

What do your clients love most about your performances?

People love that Jon can go from singing a beautiful, perfectly performed ballad, to getting the crowd up and dancing with some energetic classics.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

This is usually no problem, as long as type of performance doesn't change, or the new time conflicts with another event. For eg. if your welcome drinks are now a hour later, this is usually no problem.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes

How much time do you need to set up?

45 minutes

If I have a piano at my venue, are you happy to perform on that?

Yes

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

If my clients would like to pick songs from my repertoire, I usually advise that they pick a selection, and then give me some flexibilty on the night. This means that I have the freedom to 'play to the crowd'. This is especially important with piano and vocals, as some of my repertoire may be slower/faster versions of the original.

Are you able to bring your own piano or keyboard?

Yes I have a Roland FP-90

Can you learn song requests before the event?

I can learn up to two songs for free, and then anything after this is charged on a case by case basis. Three weeks is advised for perfecting a new song.
