As well as his solo work John also leads Glasgow band The Hybrid Vine who recently had their song " Mercy " ( written by John ) showcased on Rock Radio to rave reviews which led to the song being played on local radio ( Camglen Radio and Dunoon community Radio ) The Hybrid Vine recently completed an album which is a celebration of the music of Marc Bolan called " Bolanesque Boogie " with all funds raised from cd sales going to the Marc Bolan school of music London - John is currently working on his first solo album -
