John has had a passion for music from a very young age, with his dad playing the drums. He grew up watching his sister learn to play the drums and decided to learn the bass guitar to accompany her. Since then, he has played in many different bands playing original material and covers, as well as perform as a singer/songwriter. He has performed as a lead vocalist, backing vocalist, bass guitarist and rhythm guitarist. John is currently writing material to record a full length album, whilst also performing in a wedding band called The Skylarks who are on the books with Music for Scotland. John is an enthusiastic and eager musician who would be happy to work with anyone, and in any situation.
John is someone I have worked with for years and he has never faltered in his professional approach to music. He is highly proficient in multiple instruments and a great songwriter. To top it all off, he is also incredibly easy to work with. Incredible musician all round, incredibly reliable and I would highly recommend for any work!
