With just a couple weeks before an important show in Prague we met up with Joe for just two rehearsals in prep for a 60 min Guitar Gangsters set. Joe had listened to the studio versions in advance and had the arrangements, vibe and tempos all nailed which just left the live changes to tick off which he did with confidence - how did he do that?! Hell, he even joined in the bv’s! With a three piece there’s no place for a passenger either on stage or just hanging out for the weekend and Joe adapted just perfectly. Come show time, Joe played for the band and played for the songs – never for himself, and for 60 minutes was an honorary Gangster – an awesome performance. It was a true pleasure to have him on board and if the need arises again, Joe will be the first drummer we call.
