Jo Swan and Nick Pullin (Guitar And Voice Duo)

I have been working in music as a singer and songwriter with partner Nick Pullin for over 25 years. With our band Ilya we were signed to Virgin Records and Chrysalis Music in 2002. We have had our original music extensively used in TV and film as well as worldwide advertising campaigns by Revlon and Cacherel. We have released 6 albums and 3 eps since 2003 (as well as collaborative albums with other composers) and Nick has been involved in writing music for film with William Goodchild. Before signing with Virgin and throughout the 1990's we played live extensively as the Jo Swan Quintet. This was a jazz, blues & soul covers band, putting our distinctive twist on classic songs of all eras. Although we have played in many fabulous venues like Ronnie Scotts, The Lyceum (and The Groucho Club during the Soho Jazz Festival) for the past 10 years we have been busy writing and producing albums of original music while at the same time performing with our covers duo of voice and guitar.
