Jess is a professional saxophonist based in Yorkshire. As a solo performer with backing tracks, she can provide top quality background music for a wide range of events, such as weddings, parties and corporate events. For weddings this could inlude: - Pre-ceremony music as your guests are seated. -Ceremony music (arrival of the bride, signing of the register, and exit of the married couple) -Drinks Reception background music -Wedding Breakfast background music -Evening Reception music as the guests arrive before you move on to the main entertainment such as the band or DJ. Jess can also play alongside your DJ for your wedding evening reception, or for private parties and events. For all events, Jess will work with you to select the perfect music to set the atmosphere you would like using her large and ever-growing repertoire of music. Jess can cover a wide range of styles of music spanning the decades. Whether you'd like Ibiza classics, romantic love songs, 00's pop tunes or even your favourite rock songs, she can do it for you! Jess is happy to accommodate any extra requests of songs to make your event extra special.

Customer questions

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

No worries! I try my best to flexible to ensure your event runs smoothly. Just keep in touch in the lead up to the event if anything changes.

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Definitely - this is a really popular request! I can play a playlist of your choice through my PA system before or after my sets for an extra £100. I can do this for no extra charge between sets.

How much time do you need to set up?

I like to arrive with plenty of time to set up to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is usually 45 minute to an hour before the start of my first set.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

Of course! You can pick your favourite songs from my song list and I will create a setlist to suit your tastes. For an extra £50 you can pick 3 extra songs that aren’t already in my repertoire.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes, I will bring everthing I need to perform.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Of course! If a song isn’t on my list, there is a chance I may already know it so please just ask. I offer 3 requests of songs that aren’t on my list for £50. I just need a few weeks notice to learn these.
