London-based musicians Jemma and Emily have been working together since meeting at the Brit School. Over the years, they have performed at various events including We Out Here Festival, Brick Lane Jazz Festival, The Albany and many more with their collective! From jazz standards, to neo-soul classics, Jemma's soulful, distinct voice brings a fresh approach to any song, blending with Emily's smooth approach to the keys. Drawing from old and modern influences, they hope to create timeless, special moments for others with music that is precious to them. Bringing together a smaller ensemble, 'Soothe' is a chance for both musicians to more freely express themselves, allowing for an intimate interplay of musical ideas.
