Jeff Cramer

Jeff Cramer is a session Guitar player and teacher based in London. He has been involved with music from the age of 6 and studied it academically since 2008. He is an experienced player and has done many gigs in and around London and England. He has played for many up and coming artists in a range of different styles and genres including RnB, Hip-Hop, Funk, Reggae, Rock, Soul etc. Artists include Westfield’s Artist of the month and Roundhouse resident artist Estee Blu and NK Kalu from BBC’s The Voice among many others. Some of the many venues he has performed in include O2 Academy Islington and the renowned Roundhouse Main stage. At the age of 16 he studied Music Performance and Composition at Uxbridge College where he received the Best Musician Award and an Outstanding Achievement Award during his time there. He also went on at 18 years old to study a Degree in Music Performance at Coventry University where he received a degree with First Class Honors. During his time in Coventry he performed with Various Big Bands and funk groups in the area and was the youngest member of the local Swing Big Band in Coventry. He also studied under very established session players such as Femi Tomowo (The Roots, Amy Winehouse) and Dario Cortese (Brent Mason, Larry Carlton) Since 2013 he has been living in London and working as a session player for original artists and producers as well as playing in various function bands and teaching. In recent times he has just graduated from The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, and has performing with original artists and function bands as well private teaching around London.
