Andrew was born in London. He started playing the Saxophone at the age of 16 and took private lessons at Trinity College of Music under Mr Aubrey Frank. Andrew’s music influences are works by Gene Ammons, Dexter Gordon, John Coltrane, Charlie Parker, Bud Powell, Donald Byrd and Freddie Hubbard. Andrew’s main instrument is the tenor saxophone but also plays the soprano saxophone.
