From wedding drinks receptions to corporate cocktail hour, we got you covered with a variety of different instruments choices: Piano, guitar, saxophone, trumpet, bass, drums, clarinet, violin, trombone, with or without vocals. All bookings include a PA system, mood lighting where required, background playlist between sets and an optional upscale for after the band sets. We had 2 events with Jazz With Us which were confirmed last minute on a very busy weekend in the Castle just before Christmas! What do your clients love most about your performances?

• Read the Room! We realise that our performance is all about YOUR special day, so we adapt our musical sets to best match the vibe of your event. • Attention to detail! We treat your event like it's our own and take all your requirements into consideration. • Fun yet attentive - We don't take ourselves too seriously, but take your event VERY seriously!

Will the singer be the same as who I see in the videos?

Many of our drinks receptions are instrumental (i.e. no vocals). We do offer vocals options, and will ensure that you are satisfied with one of our high quality vocalists prior to booking.

Do you have different line-up options?

Yes, from a solo musician and up to a Quintet. For any larger lineups please refer to our sister profile - Swing With Us which is our Jazz & Swing Showband with roaming instruments, vocalists, and DJ sets.

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

We understand that timings for any event can vary and always remain as flexible as possible within reason, both prior to and during the event. On the day of the event, a delay of more than 30mins in start time will be resolved by either: 1) shortening the performance 2) offering musicians an extra fee of £50/pp (providing that they are able to stay longer)

Can you provide an iPod/DJ service before and between your sets?

Yes absolutely - We provide both Disco Playlists and Manned DJ options. Please refer to your cover letter for what's included in your and what options are available as an upscale.

How much time do you need to set up?

We offer flexible setup solutions for any event and ensure that this is done in agreement with the client, venue and event planner.

Can I pick the songs you play from the set list?

You can select ALL your songs, and even some songs which aren’t on our list, to ensure that your show is fully-tailored and unique to your event.

Is all of the equipment (e.g. PA & lighting) included in your quote?

Yes, PA & lighting included, all PAT tested. We only require 2x 13amp sockets, a parking arrangement, warm meal & drinks.

Can you learn song requests before the event?

Yes, we can prepare your walk-in song, exit song, 1st dance, or any other special song request for the day.
