Bagpiper Jason Faulkner

As a young boy from Invergordon, I joined the military when I was 17 years old. I soon learned how to play the bagpipes after completing my basic infantry training and then going to ‘The Army School of Bagpipe Music and Highland Drumming’ in Edinburgh to complete my first course learning how to be a bagpiper. I was very quick to learn and with a lot of hard work and dedication I was soon playing with The Highlanders Pipes and Drums at large events such as The Royal Edinburgh Military tattoo. Over a long career in the military of over 20 years, I was very lucky to have played in locations all over the world. Later on in my career I went back to ‘The Army School of Bagpipe Music and Highland Drumming’ as an instructor which I was extremely proud to do. I have a very professional attitude, immaculate appearance and loads of experience playing the bagpipes for weddings and all sorts of other occasions all over the world.
