Jasmine Grundy

I absolutely LOVE performing and meeting new people, and playing a wide range of music and genres keeps me inspired. - Jasmine has just finished her first year of an MMus postgraduate degree in Violin Performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. She is graduate of the University of Leeds, having achieved a 2:1 in her BMus degree in 2024. During this time, Jasmine studied the violin with Helen Brackley Jones. Jasmine also holds a Diploma in Violin Performance (DipABRSM) and Grade 8 with Distinction. She is a competent pianist as well. Whilst at Leeds, Jasmine led the Leeds University Union Symphony Orchestra, formed and lead the Clothworkers String Quartet (who have given national and international premieres of new music), and played in numerous musical theatre pit bands across Yorkshire. She was the soloist in a performance of Prokofiev's Second Violin Concerto in Leeds in 2024. Jasmine has also been a member of the Opera North Youth Orchestra for two years, including as principal second violinist. Jasmine has an extensive portfolio ranging from Thursford Christmas Spectacular, weddings, wakes, and everything in between including corporate parties, special events and business openings. She has performed in musicals across the UK. Jasmine is committed to fulfilling her clients' every need, and is always professional yet friendly and accommodating.
