Born in Leamington, Jasmine is in her second year of a BMus Music degree at the University of Leeds, specialising in Violin performance. Prior to moving to University, Jasmine was a member of the CBSO Youth Orchestra, as well as being co-principal of the Coventry and Warwickshire Youth Orchestra. She has also enjoyed participating in National Youth Orchestra Inspire projects and was a member of the 2019 National Schools Symphony Orchestra. Now a student in Leeds, Jasmine is the co-founder and leader of the Devonshire String Quartet, which has performed professionally at graduation events across Leeds. She has also been involved with projects at Leeds Conservatoire, most notably playing in a six-piece orchestra for a production of Dido & Aeneas. As a soloist, Jasmine has performed at a wide variety of concerts, from funeral services to recitals in her home to town of Leamington Spa. She is committed to fulfilling her clients' every need and is always professional yet friendly and accommodating.

I'm always complemented on my professionalism and my friendly nature. I pride myself on giving clients the best experience, and can always guarantee service with a smile!

Which venues have you performed at in the past?

Lots! Symphony Hall, Leeds Town Hall, The Venue at Leeds Conservatoire, and churches across the UK.

Which artists have you been most influenced by?

I'm a huge fan of Nicola Benedetti, and also really admire the technical abilities of Joshua Bell.

What is the most high profile gig you've performed?

I absolutely loved performing at Symphony Hall in Birmingham!

Do you have different line-up options?

Price guides here reflect me performing as a solo Violinist. However, I do lead a string quartet and should you wish to hire us, please get in touch, and we can chat about your needs!

What if my timings change after I've booked you?

I understand that things can change, and with enough notice, I'm happy to be flexible regarding timings where possible!

How much time do you need to set up?

I usually set up around an hour before the performance time.

Can I pick the pieces you play from the set list?

You can be as involved as much, or as little, as possible! I'm always happy to chat about any special requests and accomodate them as best as possible.

Do you bring all the equipment you need to perform?

Yes - I bring all the equipment I need to perform acoustically.

Can you learn specific pieces before the event?

Yes, with a little bit of notice, I am always happy to do this to make your event perfect for you. Occasionally there may be a small surcharge for this to take into account extra rehearsal time and getting hold of the music, which I will always discuss with clients from the get go.
