Jan Winder is an accomplished pianist, organist and accompanist - playing a range of styles including classical, folk/ Celtic, jazz standards and modern songs. She has been performing since the age of 6, teaching for over 20 years and trained as a church organist in her teens. She currently plays piano with Byres Road Big Band, in various small jazz combos, and with a small network of excellent multi-talented fellow musicians. This project has just been launched under the name Andantino - providing beautiful acoustic music for weddings, celebrations and events including corporate bookings. The core of Andantino is a piano / flute duo ( with Karen Clayton) but this can also be supplemented to include a conservatoire trained singer, violinist, jazz saxophone or other instruments to suit your musical requirements.
