James is a professional saxophonist who specialises in weddings and civil ceremonies. He has nearly 20 years professional experience. He provides music for up to 3 hours during your special day, normally for ceremonies, drinks receptions and wedding breakfasts, but this is as formal or as informal as you want; he is happy to make your plans work and work around your ideas for your day. He is committed to personalising your music for your day and has a broad repertoire, encompassing jazz standards, piano pop covers and well known tunes to help create the perfect atmosphere. As a performer, James specialises in choosing music to fit your special day and requirements, and prides himself on the level of communication before the event to ensure that your day runs perfectly. As a composer, arranger and multi-instrumentalist, he plays using backing tracks created and sourced especially for the occasion. James plays a broad selection of favourites, from jazz standards to pop and is happy to learn songs on request. He is absolutely committed to discussing what you want for your day with you – and doing what is needed to make sure he plays the perfect music for your perfect day. He is based in Manchester in the North of England but has played for weddings across the country and travels regularly to do so.
