My names Jake and I'm a freelance drummer in the UK. I graduated from TechMusicSchools with a 2.1 in their specialist BMus in Popular Music Performance, after which I have spent my time honing my craft playing for various artists in a broad spectrum of genres to ensure I give the best possible performance every time. I am a laid back, reliable, friendly, dedicated, professional and available for live and studio session working with both original artists and function bands. My playing is based in substance over flash chops, aiming to work with the rest of the band to make the music feel good, groove and sound tight with the band. I give great energy and confidence on stage making my performance engaging to watch to draw people in. It doesn't matter if the gig is 10 people or 1000 people nor if the music is fast or slow you want the crowd to feel it too.
