Jade Cuthbert

I perform and record, on both violin and piano, in a variety of styles with many different ensembles. I was lead violinist for the UK premier of Little Women, the Musical and the premier of The Clockmaker's Daughter at the Landor. I have also been lead violinist for productions of The Ace of Clubs and My Land's Shore as well as Benjamin Britten’ s A Midsummer Night's Dream and Engelbert Humperdinck's Hansel and Gretel. In 2013-14, Jade was lead violinist for the UK tour of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and has led the Derbyshire Youth Orchestra and Nottingham Youth Orchestra and have been leader of the 2nd violins of The Orion Orchestra and leader of the Huddersfield Philharmonic. I have also helped to run youth/student groups including school choirs and acapella groups, musical theatre youth workshops and school orchestras. As well as this, I have worked with artists such as Josh Groban, Broadcast2000, Ed Sheeran and Rick Wakeman and worked as a Musical Director and has performed this role for shows such as Les Miserables, Nunsense and Bugsy Malone.
